How ED Coating Works

1. Immersion:

Metal parts are submerged in a bath of water-based paint solution containing charged particles.
2. Electrochemical Deposition:

An electric voltage is applied to the parts and the bath.
3. Particle Deposition:

The charged paint particles are attracted to the metal surface and deposit evenly.
4. Curing:

After rinsing, the parts are moved to a bake oven, where heat cures and cross-links the paint, forming a durable, protective film.
